Tracking diverse supplier spend allows us to focus on driving growth and generating economic opportunities for traditionally underrepresented or underserved communities.
Tier II Program
Tier II reporting is the amount of spend, or procurement dollars, that an organization's suppliers spend with their Tier I suppliers. Zurich's Tier II Program is our next step in enhancing supplier diversity. Zurich actively tracks Tier I spend with our diverse suppliers and encourages our suppliers to do the same. Expanding to Tier II allows both companies to tell a story that positively impacts the community.
